The vehicle in which we purchased was priced reasonably...

The vehicle in which we purchased was priced reasonably per our visit to the website www.kbb.com. The suggested retail cost of the car was reduced by 2,000 just prior to our visit which made the possibility of purchasing it that much more attractive and plausible. Our trade value was appreciativey valued more than fairly, even further solidifying the desire to complete the transaction. Interfaced with the GM (e.g., Rob), seemed quite stoic and lacked the affect one would usually possess in engaging with customers. Barry London, or esteemed salesperson, became the reason that we decided to revisit the dealership following our encounter with Rob. He was knowledgeable, used humor freely, exercised empathy for our experience with Rob, and communicates effectively and is always reachable telephonically. Lastly, all administrative (e.g., plates, etc...) issues were managed on a Saturday - quite impressive. Thank you Barry for your professional support, we look forward to seeing you in the future for the purchase of a new or used Mercedes-Benz.

My husband and I had shopped at the Hagerstown dealership...

My husband and I had shopped at the Hagerstown dealership before. So, when I had made up my mind that there was a C300W4 in my future, I knew there was only one place that I wanted to look. It was a quiet summer afternoon and we were welcomed by Mike Lavrenchik who took us from looking to new owners. It was delightful. I have already told people this is the only place to shop.

From the first interaction with Barry he was nothing but...

From the first interaction with Barry he was nothing but superb . He kept us up to date with his schedule if we had questions so we know how to get a hold of him who to talk to if he wasn't there. The experience was very laid back other dealerships should take lessons.would definitely recommend merceds Benz of Hagerstown and Barry London .

Excellent Service As Always

My fuel leak problem was discovered quickly and fixed within 24 hours. Adam H. is the best service rep ever! So courteous and funny too. Thanks for going above and beyond.

My wife and I flew to Maryland last week to purchase a...

My wife and I flew to Maryland last week to purchase a Used vehicle from Wes. we were delayed at Airport for almost 7 hours. Wes ensured our driver waited and then transported us to a hotel and picked us up again next morning. Our purchase was seemless with 100 % satisfaction. We imported the vehicle to Canada and Wes was superb in ensuring our paperwork was forwarded to border 72 hours in advance. The car we purchased was just as Wes had described it, after a 3300 km drive home we are excited to show our friends the great deal and srvice we received from Wes and Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. Had an excellent service from Mike. He was very helpful and cordial and knowledgeable. He took gave us all the time we needed and explained everything in detail to us. He's the best.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. In fact, I could even say it was enjoyable. Andre was professional, knowledgable, informative and respectful of our time. The overall process was extremely fast; the employees partner to ensure a seamless buying experience.

We went to this dealership to test drive a GLK and ended...

We went to this dealership to test drive a GLK and ended up buying an ML 350. Mike, Wes and Rob were all very helpful and answered all of our questions. They were very professional and we never felt like we were being pushed into buying a vehicle from them. They really worked with us to find the best vehicle that suited our needs. We bought from them; not only because of the many services that they provide but the price was hard to beat and they gave us a great deal on our trade. The entire transaction was made so easy and they took care of everything. It was a very good experience and I would buy from them again. Wes even called us 2 days after delivery to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any questions. We love our ML 350 just about as much as the wonderful box of chocolate we also got from them!

This is the 4th new Benz I have leased from MB of...

This is the 4th new Benz I have leased from MB of Hagerstown. First off, Barry London and Austin Shemon are awesome to deal with. Barry is not only well versed in his own product, he is also able to give comparisons to comparable vehicles the competition may offer. Due to the vehicle I was looking for not being in stock, Barry and the General Manager had to locate the vehicle from other sources. Barry kept me informed during the whole process as to the progress of finding the vehicle I was seeking. Once the vehicle was obtained, Barry took the time to explain all the nuances that went with this vehicle, even setting of my phone bluetooth and Sirius for me. I was made to feel that if I had any other questions after delivery, I could call Barry for assistance. As far as the paperwork process, Austin went out of his way to explain all the numbers and even saved me money with the prepaid maintenance option. I am sure I will be treated the same for any service appointments I will need in the future.

This has to be one of the friendliest dealerships we have...

This has to be one of the friendliest dealerships we have ever dealt with when trading cars.. The service was great and the salesmen were polite. This dealership was not pushing on sales and they even worked two days to get us the best price they could on our trade.. We would like to say thank you for all the hard work especially Wes Whetstone and Rob Buchanan..
