I have never been disappointed with my service at Mercedes Benz Hagerstown. They do go beyond the norm to be helpful and timely.

After spending most of the day new car shopping in nearby areas at various comparable make/model dealerships, I stopped at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and was greeted by a team of remarkable professionals. Their hometown professionalism, honesty, detailed knowledge of the vehicles and willingness to ensure that I was happy with my purchase resulted in my best car buying experience to date. Mike Lavrenchik is a true seasoned professional that cares more about the customers experience than the sale (truly unique)!

The Staff members of this dealership relate to the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle. They were professional, very knowledgeable and willing to work around my schedule. I was going on a trip, short on time, and the vehicle was at the dealership and ready for pick-up within 2 days. All required paperwork was prepared and ready for my signature upon my arrival to take delivery of my new SUV. I was given thorough instructions on options I was not familiar with by Mr. London. This was my 3rd vehicle from this Dealership, and will continue to purchase from them and recommend to my family and friends.

We recently placed an order for an R-class Mercedes, which we picked up from the dealer yesterday. There was not one single hitch along the way. Everything went extremely well. We received an excellent quote on the price which was honored all the way through to the time of payment. I highly recommend doing business with Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz because most of all, they are good and honest people including the salesman I dealt with (Andre), to the manager (Justin) who I have also dealt with. We bought another vehicle from them about a year and a half ago, it has a factory issue which they continue to work on, just an example that they do not leave you "hi and dry" after the sale, and some dealers may.

I enjoy the overall experience at Hagerstown Mercedes Benz. The atmosphere is clean, modern and has all the customer conveniences such as bottled water, coffee, tea, juice, flat screen TV and a monitor where you can view the inside of their repair shop. Marty the service manager is excellent and always willingly to work with you to ensure your receive the best fair priced car service. Adam is great too and is customer friendly and centric. Kudos to the Hagerstown Mercedes Benz dealership team, I have not been disappointed yet...
