Mercedes-Benz Of Hagerstown

I just purchased my third Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I'd been looking at BMWs and Volvos but was drawn back to the Mercedes brand simply because of this dealership and the quality of the vehicles. The salesman for my last purchase was Barry London and he is outstanding. Barry is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. My phone calls and emails are immediately returned and Barry is capable of providing thorough explanations of the functionality of every feature of a Mercedes. The entire sales staff is pleasant and professional. The dealership is impeccable - very clean and well furnished/equipped. My past and present interactions with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown have been extremely favorable and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Mike was a very good sales person. He was able to give me the time I needed to think about what I wanted to do. I came in on a Thursday evening not sure what car I wanted to buy. He helped evaluate and appraise my trade in and was able to negotiate a bottom line price on a new car that same day. I told him that I still wasn’t sure and needed to talk it over with the family. I ended up coming back on that Saturday to wrap it up. The paperwork went fast and before we knew it, we were driving away with a new Mercedes. Most individuals are very cognizant of what they spend and with whom they spend it with. I work for my money and I rarely spend it with those who I do not feel positive about. I I look forward to referring friends to a quality business great experience in general and it was evident that the mission was to keep me happy and have my business. Everyone was very accommodating and the experience in general was very positive.

MB of Hagerstown is a really unique dealership which is why I gave them the top rating possible. It is located in a small town (but right off the interstate, so easy to get to) and it has a traditional customer friendly ethos. My sales guy Barry London knows more about MB than anyone I have ever dealt with. He explained the features of a highly technologically advanced vehicle (ML 550) in a simple and easy to understand fashion. He is a patient and knowledgeable guy who gave me his mobile number and told me I could call him anytime when I had questions. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and not one salesman gave me his cell phone number. Austin Shemon the finance guy was terrific too. MB Hagerstown has a superior web site which is what attracted me in the first place. I saw a car I liked and was able to chat with Barry right away. I drove 80 miles to buy a car from these guys based on my sense that they are honest and would be excellent to deal with. I was right!

We have been visiting the service department for 3 years and have never had a bad experience with the personnel or repairs. We recently had to have some warranty work done on the front end which took several days to complete. A loaner car was provided and the service representative, Alex Folz, was very informative and listened attentively to our concerns.
