I just purchased a MB-S550 from MB of Hagerstown on 9/29/2011. Barry London was great, he was very knowledgeable with the car and its features. Barry was willing to work with me to reach a final reasonable price. I was very happy with the whole experience, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly staff especially Barry.

Mike Lavrenchik did everything possible to communicate that he woud be there for me, unlike my last salespersona, not at MB. We will see if he meant what he said. Tom, my husband, and I will be going back to the dealership to get the kinks knocked out as we begin to understand and work all the bells and whistles. Mike was friendly, courteous, respectful, fun, professional and serious about getting us into the right car for us! I appreciate that greatly b/c then the car sells itself. I believe that that past 12 year's worth of comments are correct b/c he is all that he can be as a car salesman. From the time that I stepped out of my wife's SLK into the extremely clean service area I was treated with respect. Adam was great to work with! He was able to get the retractable roof pump (disappointed that it broke after only 5 years however was able to adjust the material cost) and have it installed the next day! We have been happy with every service experience over the past 4 years. A loaner vehicle would have been helpful but we will buy the next MB from MBoH.

We purchased a certified preowned ML550 and just had our first service completed. The service department at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown was just as great and helpful as our sales person who we purchased the vehicle from. We are extremely satisfied with our ML550 and even more happy we have such a great service department to assist us with our needs during ownership. We are buying our third Mercedes from this dealership. They treat us with courtesy and respect our busy schedule. Their knowledge of the vehicle we are looking for is excellent. Their service is always on time and thorough. We have found their prices to be fair and competitive.
