I have been visiting the service department for 5 years and have never had a bad experience with the repairs. the service representative, Alex Folz, was very helpful.

This was our second Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown, and the experience has been outstanding each time. Both Wes Whetstone and Robert Buchanon were friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in making our experience as satisfying as possible. We will definitely continue our relationship with MB-Hagerstown in the future and hope that both Wes and Robert will be there to facilitate the experience.

We just purchased our third car from Mr. Lavrenchik and each time has been a great experience. This last visit took less than an hour at the dealership! He even came in on his day off to work with us!! Thank you Mr. Lavrenchik and Mercedes-Benz for such wonderful customer service. We feel like part of a family, not just another customer. Had to bring in the car for a problem being"felt" in the axle(s) when turning corners. It was diagnosed quickly and reported to our extended warranty company. Because you thought it was only the left CV axle; this was repaired but found that the problem existed on the right side. So that the repairs didn't have to be held up waiting to ext. warranty company to approve the right side; the dealer decided to cover the costs on the right side and get our car back to us quickly. That's service!!

I've moved quite a bit and have owned a few different car brands over the years and have experienced a wide variety of service departments. MBOH is by far the best and this includes experience with four different MB dealer service departments. I completely trust my service advisor -- he is a complete professional in delivering both good and not-so-good news and gives understandable yet detailed explanations of recommended service. I have used MBOH about four or five times in the last few years and in every instance the quality of the repairs have been top notch. They are very professional and bend over backward to accommodate whether it is providing loaners or pick up and drop off service the experience has been nothing but exceptional! I have a choice based on where we live and work of using three or four different MB dealers (and have experienced them all) and MBOH is number one by far!

This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. I'd been looking at various Volvo and BMW models but was drawn back to Mercedes because of this dealership and the quality of the vehicle. Barry London is an excellent sales consultant. He was very responsive with my phone calls and emails always answered immediately. Barry is also extremely knowledgeable of each feature of a vehicle. My trade-in was a 2003 model so there were many changes in the 2009 model I purchased. Barry patiently explained everything that was different and set the car to my preferences so I felt quite comfortable when I drove away. The entire sales staff is professional and pleasant as well as the dealership being clean and well furnished/maintained. My past and present experiences with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown have been very favorable and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

This is not the first MB that we have bought from this dealership, and it won't be the last! Mainly because of the professional staff, including managers. Barry London is an exceptional, detail oriented person, who is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Unbelievable dealership with exceptional service and staff!! Instead of using my local MB dealership, I drive 2 hours to get my car serviced and purchase my vehicles at MBOH. And oh BTW, they drive 2 hours to get my car if I need them to....just top notch! They go above and beyond what I have ever seen in a dealership. For instance, I drove down Monday and my car needed to stay. They had a loaner car for me ready to go. I had difficulty getting my son's car seat out of the car and Adam, my service advisor, literally took his extra car seat out of his personal car and loaned it to me. What more do I need to say????

The friendliest dealership I have ever worked with in buying a vehicle. Barry London was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to show us what every feature did on the vehicle. At most dealerships you feel that the salesman is only out for his commission and could care less about the person buying the vehicle. At this dealership I felt as if I was a family friend at a reunion. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and will recommend to family and friends.

We have bought many Mercedes from this dealership. We were thinking about getting a different car this time, maybe a BMW. We did not want to use another dealership because of the quality of everything at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown, including their employees. We went back there for, I believe, a fifth car. We have been extremely happy.
