I have been to several Mercedes dealers for routine maintenance on my C300 - including the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle. Mercedes of Hagerstown is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff is responsive and professional, online scheduling is a breeze and I was easily able to find a service time that fit with my schedule. The work was completed when they said it would be and my car was clean and shiny when I picked it up --- all for about half the price they quoted at the 'big city' dealership. I live in Northern Virginia - so it is a bit of a drive to Hagerstown - but it is so worth it! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for servce and am looking forward to working with Mercedes of Hagerstown when I buy my next.

Michael Lavrenchik gave us the initial introduction to GLK, he demonstrated with great expertise and knowledge, and he answered all of our questions. The demonstration ride was a great experience; the GLK’s ride was very smooth in comparison to our ML320 and the instrumentation on the GLK is friendlier. We negotiated with Barry London in Michael’s absence, we found Barry London equally as knowledgeable, Barry gave us various scenarios on financing the vehicle, we came in to an agreement and we purchased the GLK.

I have had my car serviced three times by this...
I have had my car serviced three times by this dealership. First, I had a radiator hose problem and they fixed it. I got the bill and I was very displeased. I told them and they called me back and made it right. Second a wheel bearing, tie rod end and alignment and some other work which they did great and gave me a discount because of the first visit issue. Thirdly, I called on a Thursday afternoon for an Oil and Filter Change and a Transmission fluid and filter change, I dropped the car off on Friday morning and they came and got me at 10:00 AM when it was done the same morning. They also gave me a great loaner when they repaired the wheel bearing and I ended up having the car over the weekend. They are also open till eight o'clock in the evening to pick up your car, which helps in this hectic world we live in.

According to the popular belief, Mercedez Benz will charge you an arm and a leg for whatever service they provide to you. For me, my overall experience with the Hagerstown location has made this belief a myth. Not only are your charges reasonable, Marty Gillions, has taken attention given to the customer to the next level; to put it bluntly, he is extra friendly. Oh! lest I forget, the loaner service is a good business strategy; never do away with it.

Thank you for finding the real problem on short notice with our C280. Adam was great at determining that the problem did not appear to be what another out of state dealership said it was and had us back on the road in a few hours. Thanks again Adam!!

I have never received such friendly and efficient service from a car dealer. From purchase on the experience has been first class. The sales and service staff are friendly, greet you by name, explain clearly what is involved in the service, how long it is likely to take and frequently, upon request in advance, are able to provide a complimentary loaner while my car is in for service. I recommend this dealership very highly!

I have had my eye on a Mercedes Benz for three years and...
I have had my eye on a Mercedes Benz for three years and with the help of Barry London I can now check this one off my bucket list! I was looking for a C Class but.. Barry's knowledge of the E Class made me a believer when that wasn’t my intention. I appreciate the time you took to show me how my new car works...because you knew I was going to read the manual!
