My husband and I were looking at mercedes for 3 weeks and...

My husband and I were looking at mercedes for 3 weeks and saw one on the hagerstown lot.We met Mike Lavenchik that first visit,and immediately felt a connection.Mike kept in contact with us for 2 weeks prior to purchase.He was very personable and informative.We recently got married and were on our honeymoon,and when we returned we had talked to the general manager of hagerstown dealership.Mike also made us aware of the low interest rate they could get.We arrived at the dealership on a monday night late and Mike had already prepared the car for test drive.My husband and I test drove the car and were very interested.We told Mike what payment we could make.That night almost past closing Austin and Mike worked diligently to get us what we wanted.They never once gave the impression we were holding them past closing time,it was all about pleasing us.My husband and I were very satisfied with the service.

Our experience at this dealership was outstanding. Our salesman Mike and the rest of the staff made us feel comfortable. Mike was very patient and kind with our many test drives. It was a very good experience. The sales representative was informative and friendly. I had the car in a very timely manner (less than twenty-four hours).It was prepped and cleaned with attention to detail. I would easily return to this dealership and sales reresentative Mike Lavrenchik.

I had such a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. When I went to the dealership, I was hoping to trade-in an older model vehicle and get a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes Sedan. Within a matter of hours, my hope became a reality! I worked directly with Barry London in sales. He was efficient and insightful, and the test drive of the vehicle was thorough and informative. I felt so blessed to work with the entire crew at the dealership. They worked diligently to set-up financing and make my experience enjoyable and exciting! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

I had warranty work performed on my vehicle, and I had never contacted MB of Hagerstown before. Since I don't live in Hagerstown, all the contact I had was over the telephone. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They performed the warranty work that was necessary and kept me informed during the process. They even delivered my car back to me! When I am ready to purchase another Mercedes, I will certainly contact you all. Thanks

All sales consultants are extremely customer focused and strive for excellence. Their goal is to have every customer feel valued and satisfied with all aspects of service received. Timliness and prompt response on all concerns/questions is assured. The entire vehicle purchase experience is pleasant. I have recommended this dealership to several friends and will continue to do so.

This is the second car I have purchased from this...

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. They are great to work with and really focus on serving the customer, not just making the sale. I worked with Barry London and he was so helpful. We didn't ever discuss price, until I had selected the exact vehicle I wanted. He was also very patient. I test drove 3 or 4 different vehicles and test drove the one I bought 4 times before making my decision. Not once did Barry pressure me. He also did a great job of keeping me informed of information I had requested via phone messages and emails. This is so different from the experience I had at Euromotor Cars here in Maryland where the sales person not only pushed me to discuss price within 15 minutes of my first test drive, but also called me on my cell phone 4 times within 3 hours after we left the dealership. The price we did settle on for my new vehicle was fair and Barry and his team were very upfront regarding how they arrived at their price and how they valued my trade-in. They showed me the paperwork and didn't make me feel like there was some secret process going on, like so many dealerships to. Having worked with this dealership before, I also know that their service department is very good and they take quality service extremely seriously. We once had a misunderstanding about a service to be performed and not only did the service rep I work with call me, but so did his boss, and more importantly, so did the actual technician who worked on my car! Overall, Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and Barry London are great to work with and I would highly recommend them to others looking to purchase a Mercedes. To me, they are the best Mercedes dealership in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area.

Wes Whetstone was by far the most customer oriented...

Wes Whetstone was by far the most customer oriented automobile salesman I have ever dealt with. His attention to providing me with information about not only the car I purchased, but with other cars in the Mercedes lineup of automobiles was exceptional. He even followed up with a personal phone call the day after. Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown is indeed fortunate to have him on staff. (One small suggestion, however, and this has nothing to do with personnel, but rather the paving of the lot. There is a rather large pot hole one must pass around to get to the showroom and this, of course, should be paved.)

The customer service Wes provided was amazing! He went the extra mile providing top of the line, direct and honest service. I called him Friday morning and by lunch same day my new car was delivered to my house! It was the best experience and I can recommend his service to anyone! Totally excellent service. Vehicle was purchased North...

Totally excellent service. Vehicle was purchased North Ulmsted MB,OH and delivered to un in Berkeley Springs. Instrument cluster did not work and N Ulmsted's Service Manager contacted Kristin who promply sceduled an appointment for the next day. Problem was diagnosed, part ordered and was installed the next day. FAntastic. Thanks very much. I will definately be back for future service.
