The sales associate, Mr. Lavrenchik, at the Hagerstown, MD, dealership was very friendly and helpful during my entire visit and purchase of my new car. The entire staff was more than helpful. They made me feel like I was one of the family. I was offered drinks during my visit.

I had a good experience with Michael. He answered all of the questions I had or found a person that had the answer for me. The only problem I have so far is that I cannot transfer those contacts from my Iphone4 to the access list on the 2011 C300. But for the most part I had a good experience.

When I arrived a service adviser was right there to greet...

When I arrived a service adviser was right there to greet me and went over what I had told them my problem was when I made the appointment to make sure it was correct. Was told where the customer lounge was and that there was coffee and donuts available. When the work was completed the service adviser informed me that the work had been completed and what had been done. If I was walking around the show room I was greeted and asked if needed any help or if there were any questions I had. Everybody I encounterd was friendly and helpfull.

Marty Gillions and the service staff in general could not...

Marty Gillions and the service staff in general could not be more helpful, freindly, or accommodating. Hagerstown Mercedes Service Department rates as the best service department I have ever dealt with in my experience, which is almost 50 years. I would recommend them to anyone, even if they bought their car somewhere else.

Adam Himmelwright explained the work to be done thoroughly, called me when another matter developed, and followed up with phone and email contact. He gave an estimate upfront-no surprises. He was courteous and professional throughout and stated how long the work would take. He answered all my questions satisfactorily. He is an outstanding service professional.

Mike was outstanding, the entire Mercedes Benz experience is one that everyone should experience, especially at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown,MD. Having purchased more vehicles then I can imagine no purchase was anywhere close to this, what a difference a car manufacturer and dealership that cares about their customers make. As a business owner myself I preach to my staff that a sale should not be one interaction with a customer but the first of many interactions if you do the job right. Well Mercedes Benz and Mercedes Benz of Hagertown has just earned a life long customer because they are heads and tails above the rest.
