The dealer is amazing to say in the least. My family and I have a very tight schedule owing to our business. Even so, Barry stayed quite a bit after hours to help explain the new car we had bought. He explained many details of the car in such a short amount of time, you know he had studied the car in abundance. Also, Barry's financial assistant was very nice, polite, and well-mannered. A very professional atmosphere, but also relaxed. Nothing felt rushed. The car itself is fantastic and great, E550. Thank you Barry and Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown!

Everytime I contact this dealership for work they have...

Everytime I contact this dealership for work they have always been extremely accomodating and have tried to get me in, even on short notice and get the work finished. Everyone has been very nice and extremely helpful and follow-up to make cdertain that I was satisfied. Anyone I know who is considering purchasing a Mercedes, I suggest they contact this dealership over any in the tri-state area, as they do work so hard to make the customer happy, whether it is on the buying end or service.

I purchased a CPO R350 this weekend. From my inital inquiry to signing on the dotted line and beyond, Wes has been wonderful. All of my questions were answered, he shared my enthusiam and he hade me feel so confident about my purchase. Every person in the building took the time to introduce themselves and chat with my husband and me. We are so pleased to me part of the Mercedes Benz family and look forward to working with Wes and the whole gang at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown for our next purchase.

Great service. Took a little longer than anticipated but...

Great service. Took a little longer than anticipated but we had a loaner so it was fine. Marty kept us up to date on what was going on with our car and i appreciated that. The entire service department was friendly and the whole trip was overall a good experience. The pricing seemed a little high.

I saw the car on the internet and contacted the dealer,...

I saw the car on the internet and contacted the dealer, talked with Barry London. Barry sent me all the info on the car including the Car Facts. I vistied the dealership and drove the car. No high pressure sales pitch. Barry did not try to keep me there for hours negotiating. They gave me a price and I left the dealership, no hazzle. I called back the next day with my counter offer and they accepted. They beat another dealer by over $500 on a similar car, same make and equipment. One does not feel like they are being hustled at this dealership. I am a car guy and I would rather get a root canal than buy a car. Buying a car is usually a very time consuming effort but Barry made it painless. I recommend this dealership/salesman (Barry London) if you want a pleasant car buying experience.

Barry is a true professional. I have never dealt with a...

Barry is a true professional. I have never dealt with a more thorough, courteous salesperson. I have nothing bad to say. He is a true credit to his profession. And most guys in his profession I want to punch in the face 5 minutes after talking with them. Im just being honest here, Barry is a great guy to deal with and really makes the car buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful.

Wes Whetstone made this the best car buying experience ever, in over 30 years of driving. Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has a first class operation with only top quality / condition vehicles in their pre-owned inventory. I browsed for months to determine the features and type of vehicle to get, with this being my first purchase in this class of cars. Wes is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about the types of quality vehicles at his dealership. He provides an extremely positive, friendly, no pressure atmosphere... where it is clear that his motivation is truly to ensure the buyer gets the best match up with a car that they will love. He engaged to understand what I was looking for, and kept me informed of any new vehicles arriving that might fit my desire. His thorough understanding of the features and differences between all of these top quality vehicles really helped me to refine my search to what would bring a smile to my face everyday behind the wheel. Everyone at the dealership is always very friendly and helpful. They explain what needs to be done, why, how long it will take, and the approximate cost. Even though we were receiving snow showers, they washed my car. What a treat! The hot chocolate in the waiting area is delicious.

After OVER A $1000 REPAIR BILL THE CAR NOW SOUNDS LIKE A MACK TRUCK. CAR WAS NOT PROBERLY TUNED. NOW THE CAR HAS DEVELOPED A MAJOR OIL LEAK AS A RESULT OF THE POOR SERVICE. GIVEN THE PROPER DIAGNOSIS THE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. COMPLETE INCOMPATENCE CAUSED THE PROBLEM.
