Christine was awesome. She was spot on with my list and...

Christine was awesome. She was spot on with my list and my vehicle was ready when promised. Although my initial appointment was not "on the books," she stepped up and covered the visit even though there was a "mis-communication." She had my list of items and acted as if my issues were her issues. I felt a level of certainty that she would properly see to my vehicle. She also had a great sense of humor (when appropriate). Everyone I encountered introduced themselves and were quite friendly and personable. I never felt lost throughout the process, which I cannot say that about the Mercedes Dealership where I bought the car. Which is why I chose to bring my C300 to you. Thank You!

Overall Experience- Alex has been trying to help us get this car staighten out but, this is the seventh time this car has been in for underhood noise issues. Mb USA just seems like they don't care if this is resolved or not, or if we purchase a new MB vehicle again .

Every time I contact Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown I always...

Every time I contact Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown I always get fabulous customer service. My husband says that I like to be "pampered". I say, "Yes, I do" and that's what Mercedes Benz does. I feel like the service department is trustworthy and would not take advantage of me adding things to the service that really isn't necessary. They call and talk things over with me before doing the extra services. I appreciate that.

Barry's helpfulness is enough to change any negative...

Barry's helpfulness is enough to change any negative attitude you may have toward car salesmen. Truly, a great experience. I had begun my search over the internet and found a car which intrested me. I had called and spoken to Barry about it but kept having scheduling conflicts keeping me from taking a test drive. Barry kept me up to date as to the availability of the car and even when it had been sold. I found another car in the inventory that also interested me and went for a test drive. After leaving the dealership without making a deal, Barry called me the next day to let me know that someone else had taken a drive and was interested in the car. I called back in 30 minutes and made the deal over the phone which was just 10 minutes prior to the second person. I found Barry to be informative and punctual without being pushy. The best sales professional I've met in a long time and a real asset to the dealership. I will be sending any of my friends and acquaintances to see Barry for all their transportation needs in the future. Thanks!

This is our second purchase from MB of Hagerstown. As...

This is our second purchase from MB of Hagerstown. As with the first, Richard Paden took his time to understand our needs and match us with the right vehicle. Unlike many other vehicle purchases we have made in the past with from dealers, our purchase was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Richard and MB of Hagerstown - these folks are A+ professionals.

Great friendly customer service. Repeat buyer from this particular dealership. They worked with us to make a sale and gave us the highest trade allowed for our trade-in vehicle. Received follow-up phone call from Richard to inquire about our satisfaction with the car and if we had any additional questions.

Appreciate all the staff at your dealership. Also appreciate the car wash after my service. Very nice complementary service in the winter months. Mercedes is by far the best auto company I have ever had. I feel as though Mercedes warranty and service is far better than those I have had in the past with other brands.

It was truly a pleasure working with this dealership....

It was truly a pleasure working with this dealership. From the moment we stepped into the building, we were treated with respect and kindness. Not only did Barry do everything he could to make our experience great, but the rest of the team always took the time to stop and speak with us and welcome us to the Mercedes family. Barry walked us through every step of the purchasing of the vehicle then stayed after closing hours in the freezing cold until we were comfortable with the operation of the vehicle. My wife and I will without a doubt be returning to them when the time comes for a new vehicle.

I was able to comunicate with the dealership/service...

I was able to comunicate with the dealership/service manager very quickly and effectively by email. This provided same day price quotes for my 2008 Mercedes E 350 4Matic for the 39,000 mile service, fluid and filter change for the transmission, and fluid change for the transfer case. The price quote was extremely competitive and saved us a substaintial amount of money. I was then able to also set up the appointment and arrange for a free loaner car (new C class Mercedes)by email, and the dealership was able to accomodate my busy schedule. When we arrived at the dealership for service, it was very cold, 20 F and 35 mile an hour winds. We were immediatly directed to drive both take care of our car and provide the loaner car. All went very smoothly including the required paperwork for our car and the loaner car. We recieved very friendly help in transfering our belongings to the loaner car which was clean and filled with gas. We were also greeted by the service manager who welcomed us as new customers to the dealership, and then he made sure that all was OK. Our car was ready the next day as promised. When we arrived, our car was delivered promtly to us, with a complimentry and excellant car wash. Our Service Advisor explained the bill and what had been done, and the Service Manager explained a few additional service details. He aslo explained the results of their free fitness inspection of our car which passed with flying colors. we paid our bill, which was less than the estimate, and were on our way.

The friendliest and most effective dealership in North...

The friendliest and most effective dealership in North America. We wouldn't purchase any automobiles from any other source. The sales department as well as the service department all rank way above the rest. Other dealerships should take lessons from MB of Hagerstown on how to treat their customers.
