When I bring in my car for service, I am always greeted...

When I bring in my car for service, I am always greeted most cordially by the staff. Everything is explained to me and a quote given, so I know what to expect. The service and maintenance has always been performed correctly. I've had my R500 for 4 1/2 years and have had only positive experiences when working with the fine people of MBOH.

Mike was very good to work with. He listened to us when...

Mike was very good to work with. He listened to us when we told him what our needs were for features, safety and gas mileage. He went out of his way to search for the perfect car for our son, and then called to let us know when he found something suitable.

One does not have to be in MB of Hagerstown long before...

One does not have to be in MB of Hagerstown long before one realizes that it is not the typical automobile dealership---Far from it! Everybody that one chats with, discusses business or just mingles with during the course of the visit is professional. It shows in their sincerity---a sincerity which cannot be faked. They enjoy their work and are competent in what they do. They speak highly of management at MB of Hagerstown. Some would have one believe that Mr. Younger can "walk on water" even though we all know better. I always enjoy my visit. Even though during this visit I did not see Linda, Marty or Alex, I include them as professional persons with whom I have dealt in the past. During this visit, Robert and Austin were professionally competent in the commercial aspects of the purchase. Adam was the "same ole Adam"---As always; very conscience of the physical status of the vehicle as it left for home. Last but not least--Mr. Paden.---Over the tears Richard has tought me to expect perfection from him,. He never disappoints me and this visit was no different. However He did surprise me. Not in his professionalism---but in the fact that He knew as much about the Ford which He sold my wife as He knows about thte Mercedes that I drive! Like I said, "I enjoy the visits"

I am very satisfied with the MB of Hagerstown! Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown service center, due to the fact that they make me feel "at home" and provide better service (in terms of lower prices, shorter wait periods, and better workmanship). While all staff members are great, I particularly enjoy working with Alex Foltz - German fellow that knows German cars! Regards, Michael

This is my second purchase from Mercedes of Hagerstown...

This is my second purchase from Mercedes of Hagerstown and will not be my last. The people in Sales and Parts & Service dept. are great. I will recomend family and friends to shop for a new car at this dealership anytime due to the fact on how great my experience was.

I drove to Mercedes of Hagerstown from Waldorf Md to look...

I drove to Mercedes of Hagerstown from Waldorf Md to look at the Infiniti they had advertised online. I called several days before to get information on the vehicle and had a pleasant conversation with Mr.Whetstone. He was very polite and patient with me and all my questions. Most of my buying experiences were always serious but this one was totally opposite. I actually felt like I was a longtime customer. Needless to say i purchased the vehicle and am happy with the whole buying experience. Thanks a million Mr.Whetstone and Mercedes of Hagerstown!!!

Went in to look at an Infiniti they were advertising and...

Went in to look at an Infiniti they were advertising and left with a Mercedes. Very impressed with the amount of time Mr Paden was willing to invest in me-- I was there all day. I was also impressed with Mr Paden's patience and low pressure tactics. Not once did I feel pushed or pressured to make a decision. He simply allowed me to arrive at my decision at my own pace.

I only rated the overall experience a "3" because I did...

I only rated the overall experience a "3" because I did not find the service area waiting room at all acceptable. The carpet is filthy - I mean really filthy. The bathroom looked like something out of a Sheetz convenience store. The chair I sat in was broken and my laptop fell on the floor when I sat it on the pull-up arm table. The TV was not on (maybe broken too?). One of things I enjoy about taking my car to HBL in Tysons is the luxorious accomodations while waiting for serivce. Other than that - the experience was fine.

I absolutely agree with your comments regarding the current condition of the waiting area and I apologize. I had canceled our regular carpet cleaner because we are in the process of remodeling the entire dealership, actually tripling the size of the waiting area, and replacing all floor coverings and furniture throughout. Unfortunately, we encountered some unexpected delays that have not been kind to our carpet and furniture. Thank you for your comments and I hope that you will use Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown in the future as we hope to be fully complete be Spring. Justin Harbert General Manager
