Barry london was a up front guy,bought the car over the phone. was exacly the way he told me it was.. thank you barry... at no time did I feel presure for this car or anouther.told him what I was looking for he told me what he had. Very happy with the car

re: detail/clean. tire black(?) seemed to splatter on vehicle(white GL)n needed wiped off at home. crome exhaust tips could b cleaned w/ 000steel wool and wd40 to remove grime. Rear skid plate(under bumper) not wiped off/polished. otherwise very happy w/ job. (dont tell Barry L wife liked E class loaner!!) Thanks!

Bought my new car 7 years ago at Hagerstown MB and have been getting it serviced there, and only there, ever since. The team there has always been prompt, courteous, and accommodating, plus they always do great work on the repairs / service. I highly recommend them!!

Easy to get an appointment; always friendly and go out of their way to add value in their customer service and service needs for my vehicles. We trust them to determine what needs to be done with our cars and never worry about them requiring more work than is necessary to address the problem or when providing general service to our cars. In a word they are trustworthy......

Barry and Austin provided great customer service with the purchase of my 2011 C300. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and service my car here each time when it is due. Service Department is great as well. Highly recommend this dealership.

I have always had a very positive experience at MB of Hagerstown. The waiting area is very comfortable and the staff keep you up-to-date on the progress of your vehicle. My neighbor, who owns to Mercedes, is considering switching to this dealership for service, based on my positive comments.

Mike was a bit condescending towards us when we were there to look at the cars and also when we purchased our car. He also took a personal call while we were sitting there waiting for him to finish up our paper work. He also didn't follow up with us until we called him to get the status of our car. We did work with another associate and he was absolutely amazing which is why we'd use this dealership again.

The reason(s) I keep coming back to this dealership is my service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions. They seem to understand that, as a single woman, I have to be able to depend on the vehicle I drive, without being able to understand the "workings" of the vehicle! I have to be able to trust that the information they give me is correct, and I have to be able to trust THEM. Thus far, I do.

The people I delat with were really great. I met with Barry and Austin. my only ocmplaint was that I had an appointment window of 2:30 - 3:00pm, got there at 2:35pm and was not served until 4:30pm. Timeliness is extremely important to me in all of my endeavors. The car is great. Overall, I am quite pleased and would recommend this dealer to my friends and assoicates.

We had shopped around at other Mercedes dealerships before this one, and the whole experience was just so much better here. They were more respectful, friendly, helpful, and they offered a better price. Surprisingly, as we were about to leave, a random couple happened to be walking in, and they congratulated us on our purchase and for choosing this dealership because they, too, had had a similar experience at other dealerships before arriving at this one. They were going in to buy their 2nd car from this dealership
