The pocess of buying the car was very easy and clear, Mr. Lavrenchik was very helpfull in locating the car I need in a short time. Mr. Lavrenchik was thourgh in explaining the car and the financia department were very helpfull and clear in explaining the details.

I have been a customer for 14 years and have purchased...

I have been a customer for 14 years and have purchased and serviced 3 automobiles through their dealership. My number #1 reason for returning as a customer is the quality of the work of the service department's manager and his team. Always friendly, courteous, and eager to provide excellent customer service. In their care, I can enjoy driving my automobile with the utmost confidence in its safety and style.

I thought that the attitude of the person that I dealt...

I thought that the attitude of the person that I dealt with was very flip and condescending. I had questions about the price and what needed to be done and was dealt with in an unfriendly manner. I asked for another person to deal with next time. I have been to the dealership many times in the past and know Adam, who has always been wonderful and easy to deal with. I will use him from now on.

We stopped in the dealership just to look and were...

We stopped in the dealership just to look and were interested in a 2011 E Class. We were told that we could order the car we wanted with no obligation so we did just that. We picked up our new E350 yesterday and everything went very smoothly. Barry London was a pleasure to work with and was very thorough. He kept us updated as the delivery got closer and we are very excited with our new car.

Very accomodating; great sense of humor - aim to please; loaner vehicle available; very clean drive-in area; service writer knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle; always make you feel they value you as a customer; car washing a great bonus; thanks for a job well done.

Warranty issue with CD changer. Unfortunately, the (2nd)...

Warranty issue with CD changer. Unfortunately, the (2nd) replacement failed within days leading to speculation there may be an issue with the stereo system itself. MB of Hagerstown has remained committed to resolving the issue and making things right. Their professionalism and courtesy has been unfailing.

Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and especially Barry London...

Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and especially Barry London in particular were very helpful and accomodating in our new car purchase. They stayed after hours to complete the sale, making sure our car was cleaned, refueled and took the time outside after the doors were closed to answer any questions we had, explain the features of our car and were polite, helpful, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase.

This was my second visit to Hagerstown MB and just as...

This was my second visit to Hagerstown MB and just as during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The explanation of the service needed was very clear and the price reasonable. More importantly, they completed the work in a very timely way and the results have been excellent - extremely important when you live 40 miles away. I continue to be impressed with this smaller, friendlier Mercedes dealership. I would definitely expect to buy a future vehicle from them and have recommended them to others. This kind of dealership organization is relatively rare today.

Wes is friendly and knowledgable and made us feel at...

Wes is friendly and knowledgable and made us feel at ease. Buying a car is stressful but he and the Sales manager, Ron, were so hospitable. The dealership itself is clean and very upscale. We felt we were treated with royalty and they really took their time with us to get us the best deal possible. Getting the car was our goal and the extras like the keychains and the chocolate were just icing on the cake. When it came time to sign the papers, Austin the business manager, explained everything to us and all that was told to us was exactly what was on the papers- no surprises! I am so excited with my new car and the experience I've had with these folks will long be remembered. I will refer everyone I know to this dealership!

Wes Whetstone is a responsive professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. But his friendly attitude made us comfortable from our first meeting. We couldn't have asked for more from the experience. I recommend him and MB of Hagerstown for any prospective buyer and plan to spread the word.
