unhappy with meagan ford connesville

people there didn't want to help me with my vehicle because i didn't purchase the vehicle from them need someone to just look and listen to the rattle coming from engine compartment

Worst ever

Can't find out what is rattling in the car, even denied hearing it. Tried to get paid to fix a recall issue, the other Ford place didn't even bring up money, they just fixed it.

Sales staff fully aware of defects on f 350

Had the vehicle exactly one month left me stranded along side the road wasn’t bad enough took it in for repairs so they found nothing wrong never disclosed to me that the previous owner had the same issues now I’m still on going was trying to get this thing repaired and it just seems like I’m left hanging out here to dry every time I call and I’m telling them I have a code reader on it and it’s reading the issues And they say that they’re waiting on Ford’s response while the trucks responding and saying that it’s a fuel pump issue very disappointed with the way Megan is treating me what I expected whenever I got there was a safe dependable reliable vehicle I traded safe dependable reliable vehicle for this so all their ads of how they say they dated all these point checks makes me very wary of them but to sit there and know that this vehicle had issues And not disclosing them to me is very unsettling I wish that they would want to resolve this I’ve been trying to resolve this in a nice manner sorry for the typos other thing is I work 1012 hrs. a day and a night shift so it makes it hard for me to set up and complete communicate and wait for them to call me back at least leave me a message nothing

Horrible Dealership

I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They won’t answer your calls and they will lie right to your face. I have never had an experience like this before in my life with any business. Especially days after buying a brand new vehicle.

AWESOME SERVICE

Meeghan Ford, 2551 Memorial Blvd, Connellsville, PA is totally AWESOME, EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING in their service department. While traveling from Virginia to Michigan I experience a problem with my F150. When I arrived and went into the service area Dee Knox met me and asked how She could help. I explained I was traveling and the problem. She advised me that a Tech would be back from lunch in about 10 minutes and She would have him look at it right away. 10 minutes on the nose and the tech Stacy Selby commenced diagnostics. In about 30 minutes he had the problem isolated what I needed. Derek White the other service advisor came and explained what part and the cost of what I required. I told him ok let's get it and he set to work to get the part right away. While I waited Gail Closkey the Receptionist/Cashier showed me to the waiting area provided drinks and a snack. I really appreciated the small-town atmosphere and caring they provided to someone who did not know the area and the understanding of getting my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Traveling as much as I do I have to say it was a wonderful feeling to know there are still folks who believe that their customers come first and their satisfaction is the most important part of their business. Thank You DEE KNOX, DEREK WHITE, STACY SELBY and GAIL CLOSKEY for your wonderful service.

Never Again!

Purchased a used ford last June 2017, The car was suppose to have new tires put on. When I went back in Dec. 2017 for oil change etc. the service person said I would need new tires before next inspection June 2018. in June 2017 the rear brakes had to pass inspection, the motor mount in the rear had to pass inspection. I took this vehicle in for inspection today at another facility they said the tires would pass inspection but the rear brakes needed rotors etc. and a new motor mount. In one years time I only put 2500 MILES on this vehicle...So in a years time with only putting on 2500 miles the brakes are worn out? the motor mount goes bad? and Meegan Ford told me I would need new tires for inspection. When I was told when I bought the vehicle new tires were put on maybe the were used tires? When I went to purchase the vehicle last June 2017 I gave the salesman a check for a $1000 to hold the car until I moved money around to pay for the car. When the salesman showed the SALES Manager the check he said he hoped it didn't bounce! This is the worst sales department and service department I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying cars and I have owned well over 30 cars. I will never buy or have a vehicle serviced there again!

Break Check

I was given an appointment as soon as possible to check my breaks that were making noise. I was kept informed, the staff was nice and friendly. They care about their customers. * On a side note, they could use some updating in there customer waiting area! The chairs are uncomfortable and the TVs are Old Small and Outdated! :-)
