I purchased a 2025 Ford F-150 Tremor. I have owned five F-150s, this is by far the best truck I have owned. Ryan was great to work with; he's the only salesman I'll work with. I have purchased 3 trucks & my wife's SUV through him. Brennan pulled through on getting a rebate checked issued as discussed, much appreciated. Paperwork was easy to sign; I love the huge electronic desk that allows you to sign/initial documents quickly.

First time going salesman didn’t even want to start the car for me cause the battery was dead after looking for cars some more I called and talked to a salesman cj and listened to me and answered all my questions after showing up for my appointment the battery was still dead after the other salesman told me they ordered a battery cj got the car started for me we test drove the car and we really liked it we did the process and left and got a call back 20 mins later that we was approved to set up a time to pick it up he made sure their was a new battery in the car for me before we took the car would highly recommend cj didn’t push or try to talk us out of the car we wanted very pleased with are car

Horrible service.
Horrible service. My vehicle was brought in for an oil change, inspection, and a loud humming noise during acceleration. That same day, I was told there was an issue with the rear differential and that parts were being ordered. I asked if it was safe to drive, and I was told it was okay for now. When the parts came in, I dropped the vehicle off again, thinking the repairs would be completed. Instead, I received a message saying they needed to keep the vehicle because they hadn’t fully diagnosed the problem and that additional parts would be needed. Called and left a message for the service manager and I'm still waiting for his return phone call. Professionalism at its finest!

Troy, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. In terms of us fixing your vehicle and needing additional parts to fix said issue. I'm happy that my technician discovered that additional parts were needed for this repair, instead of simply repairing it after the first look through. Then it wouldn't have fixed the issue at hand and you would have had to bring it back. We actually had the repair done in the same day that you dropped it off, also getting you into a loaner vehicle while yours was in the shop. We kept it until the next day so we could drive it again ensuring said issue was resolved for you. My service manager left you a message earlier today asking you to call him back. Thanks JS.
