Andrea, my service representative, was fantastic. She was clear about the price, and got me the best deal at the best time for what I needed. She is always quick in response to questions. She was able to get my truck back to me within the time frame I needed it. She is the best!

Worked very hard to coordinate all the moving parts on
Worked very hard to coordinate all the moving parts on the spray in liner, rustproofing, fabric and exterior protection. Told me he is always there to help tutor me on operation of all the features and electronics, which is helpful when considering the size of the owner manuals these days.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Washington Ford in the last 10 months. I drove 100 miles and passed up 6 dealerships to do business with this dealership. The sales team never stopped working for me & my wife. It was a great job as usual. I Like their honest and hard work. Every one at the dealer ship is working to serve you.
