I was in the market for a new Ford. My first and only stop was Keller Brothers Ford in Lebanon. I have bought three vehicles from them in the past and also referred my family to them. My sales representative was JJ Suk , he has been my go to guy for all of my purchases. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants instead of just selling me something he did his do diligence and found the exact vehicle that I wanted from another dealer. A deal was made in a timely manner that was not a high pressure sale. When it came to financing Chad did a awesome job and found me the best finance plan available to fit my budget even with less than perfect credit. Chad was even gracious enough to make sure that I had a extended service plan that met my needs at a price that I could afford. When I went to the store to pick up my vehicle, my wife teasingly asked JJ if the purchase included a complimentary car wash on our other vehicle, and few minutes later JJ asked for my wife's keys and in a short time later her vehicle came back clean as a whistle, they even dressed the tires. JJ helped me with setting up my sync system, navigation, and keyless entry. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I left about my new car. Even after the sale JJ called and even emailed me to make sure that I was happy and didn't have any questions. Any one in the market for a vehicle make sure you put Keller Brothers on your list of places to check out. And to Keller Brothers I can tell them not to change a thing. You can't improve on perfection.

Dealing at Keller Bros. is like being served at a country club ? not for golf, but car matters. Their prices appear to be somewhat higher than if you shopped around, but the setting, friendliness of the staff and follow-up service are classy.

I am writing regarding a car buying experience at Keller Brothers in Lebanon. I purchased a newer used vehicle while trading an existing vehicle through their sales rep JJ Suk. I have to say, maybe the best car buying experience I have had (previously have purchased many vehicles). From JJ, to CJ the internet sales gentleman, to used car manager Jake & finance guy Chad; I felt comfortable and feel they pursued business in an honest and fair fashion including the trade which has also been an area of frustration in previous dealings with other dealers. We bought an escape in 2009 from Keller Bro. from a dealer named JJ. My wife hates salesmen and we went to alot of dealerships with no specific vehicle in mind then we ran into JJ. We are now into retirement mode and went for another escape. My wife loves it so much we kept the old and bought a new one. She would only go to Keller Bro. Ford and only if JJ Suk was there. She got her wish thanks JJ.
