Our experience at Keller Brothers was fantastic. JJ our salesman made the process quick and simple. He could not have been any nicer and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Keller made things easy for us and could not be happier with our time there. The drive out to Lebanon is about 85 miles, but I wouldn't think twice about going out there again to see JJ and purchase another vehicle.

JJ and Keller Brothers were excellent as always! Our family started purchasing vehicles from them about 10 years ago with my husbands truck. Then we purchased our Edge from JJ 5 years ago.....and most recently purchased our expedition. The experience with Keller brothers is amazing, everyone is very friendly, nice and goes out of their way to accommodate you. JJ and the keller brothers team found our expedition for us. It wasn't one that was currently on their lot. We told them what we wanted and they searched to find us the perfect vehicle! Literally on our way to check out the vehicle and decide weather or not to purchase my husband and I were chatting saying it would be awesome if it was white because I would like a white vehicle and my husband added that it would be great if it had the wood grain trim......well it had both of those things! We pulled up and it was WHITE with WOOD GRAIN TRIM, it was like they read our minds (these were not specifications that we shared with them) Another great experience!!! I was in the market for a new Ford. My first and only stop was Keller Brothers Ford in Lebanon. I have bought three vehicles from them in the past and also referred my family to them. My sales representative was JJ Suk , he has been my go to guy for all of my purchases. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants instead of just selling me something he did his do diligence and found the exact vehicle that I wanted from another dealer. A deal was made in a timely manner that was not a high pressure sale. When it came to financing Chad did a awesome job and found me the best finance plan available to fit my budget even with less than perfect credit. Chad was even gracious enough to make sure that I had a extended service plan that met my needs at a price that I could afford. When I went to the store to pick up my vehicle, my wife teasingly asked JJ if the purchase included a complimentary car wash on our other vehicle, and few minutes later JJ asked for my wife's keys and in a short time later her vehicle came back clean as a whistle, they even dressed the tires. JJ helped me with setting up my sync system, navigation, and keyless entry. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I left about my new car. Even after the sale JJ called and even emailed me to make sure that I was happy and didn't have any questions. Any one in the market for a vehicle make sure you put Keller Brothers on your list of places to check out. And to Keller Brothers I can tell them not to change a thing. You can't improve on perfection.

Dealing at Keller Bros. is like being served at a country club ? not for golf, but car matters. Their prices appear to be somewhat higher than if you shopped around, but the setting, friendliness of the staff and follow-up service are classy.
