Service was great!

I have a previously owned 2010 Ford Focus. My low tire pressure light had been coming on for quite awhile. I made an appointment for March 9 at 12:30 pm. Ziggy took wonderful care of me. He called Endurance to see what was covered and saved me over $1000! He kept me informed of the repair progress. Even though the repairs weren’t done until 4:30 pm I was well taken care of. I highly recommend Woltz & Wind Ford. Ziggy is a great asset to your Service Center.

Service was great!

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable about their vehicles, warranties, etc. Fair price paid and fair price allotted for trade. Buying process was straight-forward. They'll answer any questions and/or find the information you are requesting. I believe they set the standard for car buying. Woltz & Wind has been in business for a long time and the reason is attentiveness to customer needs. I cannot say the same for other dealerships who have been around for a while and are expecting customers to buy based on name recognition alone. If you are looking for a new/certified/used car in the Pittsburgh area - I highly recommend Woltz & Wind. Remember - you are buying the dealership just as much as you are buying the car. Ask for Steve Siegel.

I purchased a slightly used car

I purchased a used car from them on the 1st day they were allowed to reopen from the CoVid close down. There was a small scratch through the clear coat on the door. The salesman promised me that they would fix it as soon as they got back up to full staff. I have email proof. I waited 2 months and heard nothing. I contacted them, and got a response but never an appointment time, same salesman told me "he would get back to me with a time" well that was a week ago. I tried emailing the dealership..no response. I texted back the salesman..no response. Well they have their money. I had planned on taking the car there for service but it highly unlikely now. Just don't believe them..they will tell you whatever to get the sale...then leave you in the lurch.

Very prompt

I’ve inquired about the availability of several cars from several dealerships via email. Woltz and Wind contacted me about having any questions about the vehicle and responded back to me with a trade-in estimate for my vehicle both in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for most other dealerships.

DON'T BUY A TRUCK FROM WOLTZ or WASHINGTON FORD!

If you value reliability and customer service, I would encourage you to look elsewhere when purchasing an F150. I purchased an F150 in 2017 that was clearly a lemon--doors freeze shut every time the weather freezes. This item was recalled and the truck spent a total of over 30 days in the dealership (spanning 3 trips) last year. They would not fix it and sent it home each time saying "we don't know why this continues to happen." On a two year old vehicle, that is not acceptable. Here we are in winter 2019 and the doors are frozen OPEN again! When I called the dealership to schedule an appointment they explained they would not be able to provide a rental car--for their error and negligence. Stick with GMC or Honda, Ford is not what it used to be!

Best experience ever at a car dealer!

The best experience we've ever had at a car dealer. Steve Siegel was amazing, and kept us informed of all of the little details as the transaction went through. Jill McCrackin was delightful to work with, a great sense of humor. Jack May talked to us on a personal level, showing that the leadership of this dealership is what gets the whole place going. Even though they were over 4 hours away, if they had the vehicle we wanted, we wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Poor customer service

Dan wind should be ashamed by how the two sister facility dont work together for a customer! Rather it be a purchase for woltz and wind or Washington ford it all goes into one company!
