Service dpt. at Donley Ford/Lincoln

I drive 45 minutes to Donley Ford/Lincoln for service because their service personell are the very best. Darla, Jeff, Tina, and Leah are all very friendly and helpful. No other dealership service department compares to their expertise and friendly helpful service.

Horrible service department

Horrible service department. Took a week to get me in for an oil change. Unacceptable. Scheduled anyway, dropped vehicle off before they opened, needed coworker to pick me up. Coworker dropped me back off after work at 330pm. Car had not been touched! Left without my car being serviced.

repair work & recall work on F-150 was effecient and adequate (even if it took 3 month to get recall parts from Ford)

Great Costomer service!

I hate haggling for cars but had a great experience at Donley Ford. We went to see a car we located on the web and after a test drive we decided it wasn`t what we wanted. We test drove 3 different cars before settling on a 2017 Ford Fusion that we fell in love with. Bryan Lewis worked tirelessly with us getting us to the price and payments we wanted and did not pressure us at all. He made suggestions but never pushed us to do anything we did`nt want to do.After we made the deal, He saw a couple small items on the car that needed attention ( he found them --we did`nt!) and set up a time to get it in to service it. When we took the car in, he was there to greet us with a loaner car and when we came back to get our car he was there to meet us with hugs and a hand shake. He was more like family than a salesman. Every one there was friendly and more than ready to help us and to make sure we were satisfied. "cudos" to all of them! Thanks also to Tim Wadell the finance Director and Darla Friend in the service department for your pleasant service and making us feel at home. We highly recommend Donley Ford to anyone.

Telephone, door fob, oil change

Staff was very helpful. Spoke with our salesman of our Edge while we were waiting for the oil change. Everyone is very polite and helpful. The service was escellent.

Great Customer Service

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Donley Ford in Mt. Vernon. We have found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and seem to go the extra mile to insure that our purchase experience in both cases was a pleasant one. Service and follow up after the sale was prompt and thorough reinforcing that they want you for a long time customer and not just a one time sale. I see no reason to ever buy another vehicle from anyone other than Donley Ford.
