Excellent service .

Excellent service . Staff is very nice. Very small issue in my car just to change one fuse of charger but it take almost 3 hrs which too long

Dawn was respectful, polite, very knowledgeable.

Dawn was respectful, polite, very knowledgeable. I believe the repair was warranted andI should have been offered a car or a ride home instead of calling my wife to pick me up. Since they didn’t offer it probably wasn’t a warranty repair even though it was no charge. Repair was completed.

The phone operator who answered my call was courteous, helpful, and made the process easy from the start. My service advisor, Ms. Dawn, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She kept me informed throughout and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. This is exactly the level of service you expect from a Cadillac dealership. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and customer care, and I highly recommend Sarant Cadillac’s service team.

Excellent, When my GMC van would not start, Sun GMC told

Excellent, When my GMC van would not start, Sun GMC told me they cannot service due to the fact Savanna 2500 is too tall, but they sell them. Sarant Cadillac took care of it with out making excuses. Great service!!!
