Had My GMC pickup serviced at Sarant and had no issues with them servicing another brand other than Cadillac. They were extremely helpful and very courteous. I will definitely be taking my cars back here! Tim was extremely helpful. And the guys in the parts department are awesome as well.

I had a great experience in visiting Sarant Cadillac. Great staff memeber, especially the Car salesman Elias Torres. He is an amazing salesman and has a genuine approach on caring about the buyers needs. Excellent demeanor, I never felt pressured during our negotiations.

This dealership is an Amazing dealership and I was helped by Elias Torres who is easily your best salesman at this dealership. His professionalism and dedication towards his job and towards the customer was impeccable. You guys are so lucky o have a sales rep like Mr. Torres.

Rob Dryer was upfront, straight shooter, easy to come to an understanding and move forward to make an easy deal. We also appreciated being informed about extended warranties available without the high pressure sale.

I went there for a regular oil change and some maintenance. After the service was completed, they took much longer than expected just to prepare the billing, and they explained it was due to low manpower. On top of that, they didn’t even reset my oil service meter. Totally disappointed with the service.

We walked into Sarant not thinking that we would purchase that same day but we did! And that was solely based on the fact that Eli gave us the best experience. We had a strict budget to stay within but also fell in love with the Lyric Sport in the color Nimbus. Eli did everything he could to make this possible for us. He even surprise my 2 little daughters (5 and 2 years old) with a beautiful big red bow on our new car and even popped some sparking cider for us to celebrate! He is genuine and you see that from the moment you interact with him. He makes you laugh and treats you like family. We are so grateful to Eli for his work ethic and professionalism. He even took the time to drive my previous vehicle back to the dealer for me. We will certainly keep in touch with him as he has become a part of our family. Thank you Eli!!! -Nafeeza
