My salesman Dominic Vivo was incredibly patient and helpful with my Cadillac leasing process. The General Manager Antonio was beyond humble and helpful and signed off on a deal that has me driving my first Cadillac everyday with a non stop smile on my face 😀

Sarant is my NEW Cadillac dealer and service department. I left North Bay Cadillac recently after several bad experiences. Sarant is excellent. Mike, the service manager personally helped me with an issue and Dawn kept in contact during my appointment. Five stars!

I was there on 1/15/26 and Dawn greeted me when I drove in. She was polite and professional. Dawn and Kenny took care of my issues right away, without any hassles. They were a pleasure to work with and I look foward to returning to Sarant.

Overall, the dealership is great.
Overall, the dealership is great. I’m always very pleased with Tom Sabbatino, who still takes the time to reach out and say hello whenever I’m there. The service staff is also friendly and professional. It did take time to get an appointment for a standard oil change. Also had an inspection which uncovered a nail in my tire -so I appreciate that. However, the $50 charge to plug a tire seemed excessive, It also would have been nice to be offered water, coffee, or other refreshments while waiting. For a premium dealership, I expected more reasonable pricing or at least clearer justification for the costs.
