Worked with Elias Torres in purchasing a Cadillac Blackwing and had an excellent experience. Elias was excellent throughout the whole process, proactivley providing updates on my order and when delivery occurred it was seamless. The customer service is horrible. They had my car for almost a week and did nothing. Never called with updates and never returned calls when they said they would. I had to wind up taking my car back with no work being done after a week. They didn’t even offer me a loaner car. I would never go back

Over the past several years I have leased 4 cars through this dealership. I have found the staff at Sarant to be professional courteous knowledgeable and very helpful. I have never felt pressured to make a purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Cadillac

I recently leased an XT5 from Sarant Cadillac and had another great experience. I’ve been a repeat customer, and this visit just reinforced why I keep coming back. I worked with Bill Reale, who was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, easy to deal with, and—most importantly—didn’t put any pressure on me. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped guide me to the right vehicle without any hard sell. The dealership itself has more of an old-school feel, which I actually appreciate. It’s straightforward, no nonsense, and focused on taking care of the customer. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable leasing experience. I’d definitely recommend Sarant Cadillac and Bill if you’re in the market.
