I came in for routine maintenance at this Cadillac dealership. After the service, I noticed scratches on my window glass that were not there before. I requested an explanation and asked to review the service video, but the service manager refused and denied responsibility. I was also told not to return for any future service, including warranty work. I find this very unprofessional and disappointing for an authorized dealership. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership.

Sarant took my Escalade in quickly for repair, they assessed the issue immediately and repaired it within a few days. They had me back on the road in record time. The staff kept me informed the entire time and went above and beyond to ensure i was not inconvenienced. Mike the service manager and the whole team at Sarant are GREAT.

Over the past several years I have leased 4 cars through Sarant Everyone I have dealt with has been highly professional extremely knowledgeable and very helpful without being too pushy or aggressive Most recently I leased a Cadillac Optique and worked with Elias Torres. He was great He was courteous informative and had a great sense of humor He answered all of my questions and was available to me after hours by phone to answer any question I might have He is an asset to Sarant and I look forward to working with him in the future

Worked with Elias Torres in purchasing a Cadillac Blackwing and had an excellent experience. Elias was excellent throughout the whole process, proactivley providing updates on my order and when delivery occurred it was seamless. Overall outstanding and I have recommended my friends and family to work with Eli on any future vehicle purchases
