Enjoyed my experience at Sarant Cadillac. Dina Companaro was my sales representative, was super friendly and experienced. Dina answered all my questions that I had. She was very considerate of my time. She put me at ease with her knowledge of the whole process. I very satisfied with my decision to purchase my Cadillac from Sarant. Thank you Dina.

They scratched my car window during maintenance but refused to admit it; the service manager’s attitude was appalling. I really regret buying my car here.

I came in for routine maintenance at this Cadillac dealership. After the service, I noticed scratches on my window glass that were not there before. I requested an explanation and asked to review the service video, but the service manager refused and denied responsibility. I was also told not to return for any future service, including warranty work. I find this very unprofessional and disappointing for an authorized dealership. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership.

Sarant took my Escalade in quickly for repair, they assessed the issue immediately and repaired it within a few days. They had me back on the road in record time. The staff kept me informed the entire time and went above and beyond to ensure i was not inconvenienced. Mike the service manager and the whole team at Sarant are GREAT.
