We walked into Sarant not thinking that we would purchase that same day but we did! And that was solely based on the fact that Eli gave us the best experience. We had a strict budget to stay within but also fell in love with the Lyric Sport in the color Nimbus. Eli did everything he could to make this possible for us. He even surprise my 2 little daughters (5 and 2 years old) with a beautiful big red bow on our new car and even popped some sparking cider for us to celebrate! He is genuine and you see that from the moment you interact with him. He makes you laugh and treats you like family. We are so grateful to Eli for his work ethic and professionalism. He even took the time to drive my previous vehicle back to the dealer for me. We will certainly keep in touch with him as he has become a part of our family. Thank you Eli!!! -Nafeeza

When Edwin answered the phone with my seemingly curious, call of “I want to buy a new car”. He was so informative over the phone and in no way pushy, which has a single woman this means a lot. I was met with complete professionalism at your new showroom and at your used car area. Every person in there was so happy and kind and it was genuine. Listen, I’m 60 years old. I’ve loved cars since I could walk and in the 45 years I’ve owned cars. I am so happy with the Cadillac product. I will never go to a different dealer or get a different type of car. There are safety features that are going to truly impact my comfort in driving alone. Thank you again, Serrant 100% job as always. Jen Blovsky.
