The staff attentive and polite. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was late for my service appointment staff very understanding , I was in and out in less than an hour .

Eli was wonderful. This is my second purchase with Eli at Sarant and all he did was get better than the first time which I didn’t think was possible. He made the ordering process simple and stress free, kept me advised of build shipping and delivery process times. I honestly cannot think of anything he could do to make the process better. (Except giving me the winning lottery numbers) In addition, he doesn’t forget you after the purchase and delivery. Every time I went in for service he always greeted me with a big smile and warmth you don’t usually see. He made a stressful enjoyable and pleasant to the point I can’t wait to order another vehicle soon.

It was such a pleasure working with Elias Torres, my salesman. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. Mike Lugo in finance was easy to work with and he took the time to explain my options. I had an exceptional experience at Sarant Cadillac, Elias Torres is the my go to salesperson because he always treats me like family, makes sure I get all that I need and that I am satisfied with my purchase. If you are in Long Island NY or from out of state come on down and see Elias Torres always the best experience.

Writing this review to shout out Eli for making my sister and her family's dream car come true. It was an effortless experience which normally shopping for and purchasing a new car can be timely and filled with uncertainties. Eli was there to listen to their needs in a new car, their timeline and their budget. He answered all of their questions with patience. He worked really hard to make it happen for them.
