Probably the most hassle free and enjoyable, yes

Probably the most hassle free and enjoyable, yes enjoyable car buying experience. I'm retired and have purchased at least 40 cars in my lifetime. This was as I said the easiest purchase. Onie was great. Very informative and sat with us to show all the features and explain them to us.

Great experience. I came from Phoenix Arizona and when I arrived they had everything ready to go.

worked with DJ primarily in finding an Expedition, after a few weeks of searching in my area couldnt find what I was looking for. DJ and the entire team at Heller Ford found me and my family exactly what we were looing for. Were 2 hours away from the dealership and vehicle was delivered for us to test drive at our pace and purchased the vehicle via esign...gave me top price for my trade in and next time i'm in need of a vehicle I'm calling DJ and the wonderful people at Heller Ford.

Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Heller is not one of them. They will give you the best deal they can. Thank you to Jason and Kris for your fine work!!!!

🚨🚨🚨 STAY AWAY FROM HELLER FORD IN EL PASO, IL🚨🚨🚨 EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE MANAGERS. Especially Tom Russell. He told me to have it diagnosed by Nissan and when I was wrong he expected an apology. He even made sure that he told me to use 2 Ss and Ls when writing my review. Tom talked over me numerous times and told me I don't know what I'm talking about. The head of Service (Pat Jordan) said he heard the knocking sound, but that it was common for V8's. When I told him about the Service Bulletin and gave him the bulletin number, he said, "Where did you get that? YouTube?" I told him that the bulletin requires a Technician to remove the plug and and scope the cylinder. He said we're not doing that. The vehicle was ran at idle, fluid levels checked, and no codes. So that was as far as they are going. I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service. It's a shame because the Salesman (Ross Ketcham) is the best in the business. By far the best Sales experience I've ever had.

Rich sold me a new truck.

Rich sold me a new truck. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. The business manager, Adam, was also very helpful and answered all my questions.

Seen a 2017 impala coming in.

Seen a 2017 impala coming in. I called on it. Tim was salesman. When it arrived said he couldn’t believe how nice it was. Said to give deposit. Gave cc number. Said it gets inspected. He said if it needed too much work they send them to auction. It needed a transmission. They said they would put one in. He said they don’t put junk yard transmissions in. Reman or new. Said third generation business, 75 years in business, we don’t want customers having problems. Week later after asking about transmission tells me it’s a junkyard transmission. Still working on putting it in. Denied saying we don’t put used transmissions in. I know what he said. He should have been honest up front I wouldn’t have wasted 2 weeks waiting. I couldn’t imagine miles on that transmission or what condition it was in. Wouldn’t want it in a 83k car. 2017 white impala premier 2LZ. Buyer beware and wouldn’t trust what Tim says.
