Macy was super helpful in getting my issue resolved, a total engine replacement that was completely covered under KIA warranty and they even covered a rental while doing the work.

BEWARE: This dealership sold us a Toyota Sienna with $12,000 of undisclosed hail damage and were only willing to communicate with us when we got the Attorney General's office involved. They also never got us the appropriate paperwork to title the vehicle in our name, so now they're selling the vehicle again (for MORE than we paid!), claiming it's a one owner vehicle (because CarFax doesn't know we owned it), and they're still not disclosing the hail damage. Take your money elsewhere.

I had purchased this 2014 from Shottenkirks used. Had it serviced many times. Today the battery was acting up. A little after 12pm on Saturday and staff got me right in to replace it and had the invoice ready to be paid in under 30 minutes. I now live in Illinois and was worried that the truck wouldn't start if shut off and where would I find anyone to install a new battery. My thanks to all who helped with the process!
