Scheduled my 30,000 mile service for the same day as my call and was accommodated. Ralph was very pleasant and had my car services in under 2 hours. I was very comfortable waiting in the lounge with WiFi and a TV and was able to get work completed. Car was washed and clean as expected.

The staff at Paul Miller couldn't be any nicer and accommodating. One week into owning my A6 I hit a pothole and blewout my tire, service rep gave me a loaner (also a new car) till they were able to find a replacement. (The tire's for the 19's weren't in stock yet.
