Another happy customer!

Dave Scheider is always a true professional, who is always honest and helpful. He explains the entire service experience to you, as well as the costs. Should you elect to defer any maintenance items, he explains in great detail the impact of those deferred items. All the support staff are all kind and welcoming.

Mister

I have been going to this dealer for the last 15 years - the facilities are one of the best in terms of space, cleanliness, snacks and beverages and seating in the waiting areas. I have had the same service adviser for the past 10 years or so and he is knowledgeable and accommodating and, most important, very professional. I have been satisfied with the work done and the timeliness and the availability and quality of loaners, when needed.

First service visit for Audi A8

Intake process and Loaner car provided seamlessly. After service was completed, notification was provided. Return of loaner car and check out was prompt. Service department checked for any pending recalls, and performed one so recent, that I had not yet even received a notification for.

Scheduled service

Service at Paul Miller is always up to your expectations. Ralph Schultheis was my service representative. I have had Ralph for previous service for my Audi Q5. He is very professional and takes time to explain what the service will entail and takes his time to answer any questions you may have. My loaner was available and the whole process was very efficient. Ralph called me to keep me informed and later when the SUV was ready for pickup. My Audi was washed and ready when I arrived.The whole process was excellent.

Wheel and tire service

My service representative, Luis Toribio, was responsive and proactive in helping me deal with some recent problems with my tires and wheels. In the last two years the service department at Paul Miller has delivered excellent service on all maintenance issues related to our SQ5.

Recall Service

Satisfactory completion of air bag recall despite long delay in replacement parts due to Takata. Free loaner and other normal oil change service provided at reasonable price with service coupon. Car returned on time including excellent wash/cleaning. Lou B is the best service advisor!

Wonderful experience

Peter Wendell was incredible. Spent so much time making sure my wife and I were completely satisfied and went over every detail of how to handle all the new "computer stuff" on our Audi A5 Sportback.
