TDI Emission fix. Bought the car due to the fuel efficiency. would have preferred the option to be bought out so I could buy a different vehicle. I now have to live with a car will much less fuel efficient and more sluggish and has been stalling after coming to a stop. Additionally, I've been to this dealership several times with my A6 and it was like going there for the first time, the systems did not have my information to look up and the loaner car process was the same thing. One would thing data from my appointment and VIN# would carry from one system or area of the business to the other. A very poor experience that was no fault of the individuals working at the dealership!

John Regan is an exceptional salesman. He spent a great deal of time working with me to understand what the Audi Q5 could do and was able to find the car I really wanted. I was planning on buying a new Lexus but decided to visit Audi first and am glad I met John. John also spent almost 1.5 hour with me and my sister explaining all the features. Interestingly my sister who also owns an Audi learned some things about her car that she didn't know. The whole experience including the financing was well done and I am very pleased.

Went to have my maintenance check and oil change and they did everything complimentary as it was the 1st service since I bought the car. Even a complimentary carwash inside and out. And the waiting area was well stocked with coffee, water, and donuts!

Never a stressful situation. And the car is always very clean when I pick it up.

Pam Zabitz, the Audi lady, was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was extremely responsive and provided timely information and offers. She was patient and was not trying to pull anything over on me. While I did not end up buying a car from Paul Miller Audi, I wish I had, as I was treated well (although I had same offer on car from Dealership that was much closer). It is clear that Pam has been doing this a long time and I highly recommend her and the Paul Miller Audi Dealership.

Repairs completed as usual, pick up & drop off service of my car is always over the top.
