I was happy getting my things worked out right in such short motice, but yes - i had to sit and wait there for almost 3 and half hours - because of which i had to miss an important meeting , i requested for loaner but not aure why it was not provided. 1star i did kot give was for this

I had to address a recall situation on my vehicle, but in the interim, several minor things surfaced. The folks at Audi and particularly my service rep took my concerns in stride with a sincere "no problem" attitude and took car of everything in a thorough and timely manner. From the minute you enter their doors, everyone at Paul Miller Audi treats you with kindness and courtesy. It's a pleasure going there for service.
