I've worked with Paul Miller Audi for years and always have an excellent experience. I 've purchased several cars from Peter Wendell and that has always has gone well. My dealings with their service department, specifically Lou Berardino, my service consultant, have been a pleasure.

Pleasant and great experience!

Pete Elia is a great salesman. He was so easy to work with. Pete is professional and on point! The Finance Manager Mike was also very professional. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of my purchase. No one was pushy and there was no BS, very much appreciated!

Loaner Return

Car was serviced and returned very clean. Service people were great. They require you to return the loaner car with a ful tank of gas which I do not mind but the car was 3/4 full when they gave it to me. I did indicate that fact to them but they subsequently charged my card to fill it up. Totally annoying.

Managing Director

Did not appreciate having to go outside in rain to get loaner because of back up in the drop off area Guys could have managed to bring loaner in Car was washed but not very well upon pickup

Buying new Audi

No hassle purchase

Mr. Howard Clarke was great . He took the time to listen and understand exactly what I needed in a vehicle. He was able to find my family the perfect car for us.There was no watted time from beginning to the end. I would recommend this dealership to a friend and most of all Mr. Howard Clarke.

efficient, courteous and informative

The dealership is well organized and is ready for you when you arrive at to service your vehicle. The service desk accesses your information and begins to the process of getting your vehicle into the service area. The estimated servicing times are realistic, your car is washed and you are promptly informed of when your car is ready for pick up. All done efficiently, courteously and in a professional manner.
