10,000 mile check up
I dropped my car off at 10am (made appt) was told it was under an hour job, at 1pm I was told it was not done yet and the guys were breaking for lunch and wouldn't be back till 2. I couldn't wait so they came back from lunch to finish my car. I hated to impose like that, but I'm glad they went the extra mile to make me happy.

Very friendly and professional staff. Service was scheduled for two hours and they even made it a bit faster. Car got even cleaned. Nice waiting area with coffee, tea, donuts, free WIFI, TV. Just perfect.

20k service
Would have given 5 stars but the dealership charged an additional $30 to rotate the tires. Seems excessive considering they took the tires off to check the brake pads as well as flush out the brake fluid.

Sneaky, dishonest, dedperate dealer
First impressions are vital phils, was fatal! My trust in him was on high alert. Why? Bc hes sneaky! When i opted in for text messaging ii answered it correctly it said thank you...phil says did you click link? I said yes he ssid hmmm doesnt show it on my end can i see your phone? I showed him and he clicked the happy face and says there it goes!!!! Really phil??? His trust went downhill from there! This just set off a bad taste then all the bogus finds on the car as usual...

Emergency Repair
My A6 was overheating and I had it towed to the dealership. They were able to fit me into their schedule and repaired my car by end of day. I also had a periodic service done at the same time.
