Service visit
Need to work on reducing waiting time for Service Adviser and loaner. The cup cakes at the waiting area are too big- leave a knife or get smaller cup cakes. No body needs such big item and not good for you - too many calories / sugar

Best Audi Dealership in the tri-state
Pete Wendell was an absolute pleasure to work with and took customer service to a whole new level. He is extremely responsive over email to any questions I've had even after the buying process was complete. Paul Miller also have a way of making you feel like a VIP customer from the moment you walk in, which has not been my experience at other Audi dealerships in the tri-state area. I highly highly recommend them and will definitely be back (in three years :)

Very easy to make an appointment - reminders are also useful. Have had another experience with an Audi dealership (Brooklyn) - the client service, attentiveness, professionalism is leaps and bounds better at Paul Miller Parsippany!

Great dealer. I drive 25 miles each way, because of the quality of the people and the quality of the work. Decided to wait for service. Was told it would take 2 hours; they were done in 90 minutes.
