We were looking for a preowned A4 Premium Plus Audi. I Saw one on line, called up, made appt. When we got there we met with George Hildreth, who informed us someone had put a deposit on the car we were interested in. I wasn't happy. We just drove over an hour and my husband, myself and my son took off work for this. ANY WAY, George said he had something else to show us and I figured they got us in the door, yada yada yada. The vehicle he showed us was AMAZING! Everything we wanted, pretty low mileage, clean and just beautiful! Test drive was great! Felt like a brand new car! We started to negotiate (had a trade in). I did my homework, so I was aware of what I should be able to get it for. I told him I wasn't going to sit here for hours going back and forth (I mean, the dog was home alone!) He said he understood and within a very short period of time (30 mins or less) we had a deal. There as no BS and no pressure at all. I knew what I wanted to spend, and I spent a little less than I thought (good thing!) This was the best car buying experience I have ever had with ANY dealership. They were professional, polite and I can actually say it was a pleasure doing business with them! I def recommend them if you're looking for an Audi. Also, Charlie, the finance manager, was extremely nice and very funny!

Ease of scheduling and very professional in service. The car runs well, better than when I drove it in. It feels just like when I first drove it out of the showroom.

It's simple: Peter Wendell makes it so easy, you almost forget you're buying a new car. There's nothing he lets his clients do. When I called about arranging the new insurance, his email was, "I've already taken care of it." He continually told me not to worry! ABOUT ANYTHING. Over and over as I thought I had responsibilities around my new vehicle, there was literally nothing I had to do. I showed up at the showroom and Peter and his team took care of everything-- even moving the items I had in the car I was turning in to my new vehicle. Who does that? No one. The man thinks of everything. He is organized, meticulous and brings the meaning of the word service to a much higher level. I've bought many cars. it would be impossible to find another Peter Wendell. He gets personal service in a way that very few people do in 2017. No one makes this process more seamless than Mr. Wendell. I returned to get this new Audi, because of Peter. I wouldn't work with any other dealer. Anywhere, and he's 125 miles from where I live, but for his service and care, it's worth it. Never even gave it a second thought. I knew I'd return to Peter. I worked with him 3 yrs ago, and I'm sure I'll work with him again 3 yrs from now!

All ok. Everything was fine. Repairs were done quickly. The seats in the waiting area could be improved as could the food offerings.

My experience was amazing. The Leighton was very knowledgeable, courtesy and tended to my needs, I did not purchase but I have leased my second vehicle from here and both experiences were great. I will be back again for my next vehicle and will highly recommend this dealership and Leighton as well.
