Purchasing our new car was a breeze and the two gentlemen, Paul Cheng and Peter Wendell could not have been more helpful or informative. I would recommend them highly.

Service was performed timely and the service agent Phil was very attentive and helpful in solving the problems that arose.

Every part of this service experience was top notch, from the first call to schedule it to the pickup. Lou is a very knowledgeable service agent and everyone from the guys who intake the car and set you up with a loaner, to the loaner agent, are all friendly and helpful.

My car was overheating, luckily near the dealership. I stopped in, was greeted and spoke with service advisor Philip Equilino. He was very receptive to my unfortunate need for service and reacted as if I had a standing appointment which was very impressive. He was very curtious and was able to set expectations allowing me to manage my time accordingly. He followed up the following day and revised my needs. He also suggested potential recommendations for future service with explanations of details why. I was very impressed to say the least. He also did this with me not being the only person in line. Again, impressive.

Jaime, my saleswoman was great to deal with She returned my phone calls promptly. She took the time to find the car I wanted and didn't try to sell me something on the floor. The staff was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Overall a great experience.

I had on a saturday lined up for few deslerships to see vehicles. My first stop didnt go to great , wow looks like its going to be a long day i said , then i walked into Paul Miller Audi , was meet by Don Cherry right away had felt the day getting better .. he ansered all questions and concerens .. he made me feel comftable with my purchase and worked with me to get to my goal of buying a vehicle . We then finished out the details of the purchase with Michael Sawieljew another great person employed there between these two individuals i was made to feel great making my purchase . I purchase a 2015 vehicle but was made to feel like my purchase was the best of there fleet .. i deffinetly recommend them and the deslership to a friend or anyone on the market for a vehicle ,and mind you i drove out from bklyn to this deslership ... thanks guys for your help in what could somthing be a tough exprience for some people .. you guys are an asset to Pual Miller Audi

Every experience at Paul Miller Audi has been great. Our salesman Peter is so knowlegable and additional staff and service is great. The dealership is beautiful and they have many models on display which makes it easy to compare. Audi is a superb product and we have bee driving them for many years.
