This 2015 A4 is my fourth Audi purchased from Paul Miller Audi. As a former mechanic, my standards are extremely high and the team at Paul Miller Audi never let me, or my vehicle down.

David Waters was very accommodating during the entire buying process. I would certainly recommend him to friends looking to purchase a vehicle. However, we were surprised that we were really never told anything about the window etching , but rather it was just "slipped " into the contract. When later examining the car we found that the.car actually had two sets of etching codes making the secondd set unnecessary.

By far, the worst service experience I have ever had. Not only did they not call me with an update, but when I called to check in on my car, they told me that there were no issues with the car and to come pick it up. Phillip, the service clerk even had the audacity to say "I am not going to argue with you." The worst customer service experience I have ever had. And, of course, my issues that I came in for were not resolved.
