Service manager was knowledgeable and accommodating to the needs of my service experience. Price quoted for additional work was shocking; however, not the fault of the service manager.

They didn't fix my problem.
My car has noise when applying break when it has 5000miles on it.I called the dealer ship, it normal in winter. After the winter I took it to the dealer and they gave me a loaner car to check. After 2 day later they called me and said this car had defective break pad and they will call me when they get the Wright pad.Nothing happened. Last week I took the car again to the dealership. They have to change break pad and I have to pay. I had this problem after 5000 mile. So I am very unhappy with audi service department.

Warm welcome ,great customer service
Me and my friend walked in ,Immediately felt welcomed . Tons of hellos . Went to the front counter , asked about the car . They offered us food and drinks . Anthony Freda was the that help us . Man off the back got the keys , talk about each other to get a familiar feeling between us . Never asked about numbers yet , took the car for a great test drive . We all had a great convo in the car . When we got back he asked questioned if I like the car etc etc . Then he asked me what would I pay for the car gave him a fare price and just like that I'm singing paper work and will be picking up a 2008 Acura TL type s Saturday . This place was so friendly even the gm came and sat with us and had a convo with us . Very impressed . This is the way car buying should be . I wasn't treat like a meal ticket ,treat as a human . Thanks guys

We could not ask for better service, price and ease of delivery. We will only go to Peter Wendell at Audi. Have had a q5 a6 and a5 convertible .. back to an A6 java brown ...have lived them all!
