I have been a customer of Paul Miller Audi since 1986. Most recently I dealt with Peter Wendell for the purchase of an S3. As usual, it was a great experience...he is the best. His in-depth knowledge of the Audi is obvious when he goes through the functions of the car with you (the training session). He can answer any questions that you may have. All paperwork is organized when you arrive to pick up the car. All minute details such as turn in of the old car, paperwork for your insurance company, Audi Financial, DMV, etc. has been addressed and is ready for you. Paul Miller is so lucky to have Peter Wendell!!!

The servicing was done as expected, and amenities while waiting were decent. However, between the time I was told the car will be ready in few minutes after carwash and actually receiving the car was an unacceptable 45 minutes. You should provide the option to the customer of waiting a long time for a carwash or leaving immediately without a carwash.

set up for an oil change and tire rotation, those services were performed. Mike was very helpful. it was a good visit. Love the complimentary Wifi, Donuts and coffee for those that wait for service.

The job was simple, but the overall experience was excellent. In five minutes I had a new battery installed in the key and the $5 charge was waived as guarantee service. My car is 2 years old. Great experience altogether as is always has been when needing any service for my car, a 2014 A6 3.0.
