Just a 25K mile service but I did ask them to check on a low left front tire pressure warning that came on earlier in the day. They pulled a nail and plugged the tire, gratis. Fast, free Wi-Fi while I waited and the muffins aren't too bad.

I walked into the dealership to test drive the A4 and the A6. I met Dean who was polite, personable, and easy to talk with. He set a collaborative tone. After that visit he kept in contact via e-mail. During the week and a few e-mails we agreed upon a price.
