Nice Service
My husband brought our Q5 in for the 15K service. He was given a loaner car which allowed him to return home and not wait for the 2 hour service. We were pleased with the service.

Phil was very accommodating
Brought car in for regular service and surprised at additional issues that were found. However, Phil was very patient explaining and was not pressured to agree to all recommendations. He did a good job with follow up.
