Pleasant Experience
I took my car in for service due to a problem I was having with my remote key. I did not have an appointment but the service department, even though they were extremely business, agreed to service the car. I received excellent customer service from Ysrael who was very professional and polite.

Car Alarm Issue
I initially brought my car in for an oil change and explained that I was also having issue with the car alarm. After 20 minutes or so, Natasha Mapp, my service point person informed that they were keeping the car because the car alarm would not shut off. They gave me a loaner car right away, and that was very helpful. Natasha communicated with me each day to explain what was going on and that they finally detected the issue. I was very impressed with her communication and the diligence of the service department to troubleshoot the problem. I had previously brought the car into another location and they claimed to have fixed the problem. When I called them back to let them know that I was having the same issue, they were less than helpful. I appreciate all aspects of how the staff at Paul Miller Audi handled my car.

Audi A4
Went in looking for a used car with a specific relatively low budget. I got something way above what I was expecting. The car was in prestige condition with no problems besides a rip in the back seat which Paul Miller Audi reupholstered for me with no cost to me. Dean was great with customer service, showed me every detail to taking care of the car and explained every button to me.

This is my third Audi with Paul Miller. Peter Wendell has been my sales person for all my vehicles and has followed with my yearly service. He makes this the easiest thing possible. He does not miss any item I mentioned. My car is picked up and delivered, usually the same day. The service staff is easy to reach and knowledgable about my car. 25,000 mile maintenance
I was in and out in an hour and a half, which is acceptable. Lou was very friendly, and kept me apprised of progress. Also, got to visit with John Van Ost, who sold me my car.
