My review is that everything that was done was extremely satisfactory. I will give Paul Miller Audi an excellent rating!

I brought mint 10 year old A4 Convertible in for service because of an unusual vibration. My service advisor Lou Berardino selected the mechanic and sent me out with him to test drive for the noise. After several miles of nothing, just a perfect ride, the suggestion was to bring it in without an appointment the next time it happened. That seemed reasonable. So we stopped and informed Lou. However, Lou said that we should look at it now just to be sure. Sound advice from a knowledgeable advisor because it was found that a potentially dangerous situation existed with both front axles bad. He refused to let me drive it home while we waited for the parts to come in. A loaner car was provided to insure my safety and convenience. I've been taking my car here for years which will probably make it last another 10 years. I can't say enough about Lou who over the years has provided an expectation of excellence that has never disappointed. Credit also goes to GM Thom Rocky who has the insight to hire and keep only the best people to service our cars, and to Kelly whose friendly smile and courteous manner seems to make parting with some of my money a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Paul Miller Audi on Route 46 in Parsippany is superb. You never feel like your only a number when you are there as they go above and beyond to make sure you feel like your a part of the Audi family.

Dropped off my car for detailing. The job as completed met or exceeded my expectations.

Quality and service. A very strong organization. Always treated well. The service department is top notch and personnel are excellent. My sales rep, Pam Zabitz, always looks out for my best interest.

The sales person Sul was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took me on 2 test rides and provided a nice overview of the car. For the buying process he stated my options clearly. The next day Sul and the manager worked to get me the miles I was looking for and the price. The finance person walked me through the purchase and the extra options and it was very clear and helpful. The overall experience was great.

Great service and great work done. Love these guys!

Our issue was satisfactorily addressed. We are waiting for a part to come in, so I can't comment on that service yet.
