Great experience at Paul Miller Audi. Our sales person Pam was wonderful, very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Pam went out of her way to make sure we were pleased with our purchases which were two brand new beautiful Audis, an A6 and an A8.

Excellent Sales Service

Our salesman was great at working with us to finalize negotiations on a pre-owned Q5 and he has been very patient and helpful with any questions we have had after purchase.

SCAM!!!!

Very disappointed with the used BMW i bought! The "Check Engine" light turned on 2 days after i bought the car. I understand the car was sold to me AS IS but the dealer should be honest with me about the condition of the car. According to many mechanics i have talked to, the dealer must have reset the "Check Engine" light before they sold the car to me and it took awhile to come back on. I went back and forth to the dealer but they refused to fix the car for me because they knew it would cost them a lot to fix it. I was really mad when they told me that buying a used car from them is like gambling. I didn't come to them to gamble! I paid for something that should work and worth the money i spent. Remember, i bought the car from Paul Miller Audi dealership not from anybody from the corners because i thought i would be able to get a decent used car but what a disappointment! I paid $12000 for the car and it didn't even pass inspection. I went to their BMW dealer to have the BMW tech ran the diagnose and he told me "what a shame". He gave me an estimate and it was $2500 to fix the car because the engine was messed up before the car was sold to me. I would never recommend this place to any of my clients, my family members, and my friends. Their Used Car lot is a Junk Yard so be careful!!

Very impressed with Paul Miller Parsnippany

Xenia, in charge of our service was fantastic. Everything was documented and checked. The most professional service I've ever had. We are new to the area and she even emailed us directions. We were completely impressed.

Service of my 2008 Audi A6

I've been to your service center on numerous occasion's. Car was received well and loaner provided with ease. No problems. I also appreciate the dealership working with me on the cost of the repair items. My only complaint is that it shouldn't take nearly 15 mins to get my car back to me, after I've paid and then have to check to see if the service interval had been reset...which it had not been. Thus, that took another 20 minutes to get that handled. The customer person I dealt with, Xenia, is very professional and did sort out the service interval reminder right away, however, when you receive a text saying your car is ready, it should be ready. I should leave the dealership knowing that all issues have been settled and reminders set properly for my next date/mileage of service.
