We recently had a serious issue with our 2016 Audi Q5 (not related to Paul Miller). The car was towed to Paul Miller Parsippany. From the moment the car arrived the service advisor Louis kept us abreast of our problem and suggested a way to resolve this. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Our service technician, Brian Tyrone was also amazing. He knows his stuff! We needed a complete engine, not a small job., but Brian was quick and thorough. He explained everything to us. Louis and Brian were a great team and thanks to them, my Q5 is like new! I also should say whenever I was there or needed extra help, the other advisors were always willing to accommodate me if Louis wasn’t available. If I could give this service department 1000 stars I would. Trust me, when you have a big repair or costly repair the peace of mind they give you is priceless. I purchased my a3 convertible from them also, never would I go anywhere else.

My Audi needed a new battery. With the pandemic, I was concerned about where I went. I called up Paul Miller Audi and was given an appointment on the next business day. Dropping off the car was a hands-free event. Lou Berardino promptly handled my work order. I waited for the work to be completed. The waiting area was cleaned multiple times while I was there. Everyone was socially distant. The new battery was installed and reprogrammed into the car in just over an hour. When it was returned, the car was washed and the interior was anti-microbial sanitized. I could not have asked for a better service for my vehicle. Thanks Paul Miller Audi.

Extremely excellent customer service. Nick Moy was my sales guys. I’ve dealt with many sales guys and by far, this guy is the best. I loved the fact that he wasn’t pushy and pressuring us to just buy a car. He is very professional and did a great job helping me. I drove him crazy for days but he got me the car I wanted and couldn’t be more happy. I was always able to reach out to him and he was even texting us on his day off.
