My experience at Paul Miller Audi was seamless. John Regan was amazingly knowledgable and explained everything in detail. He's a gem!! The buying process didn't take much time as all documents were prepared before my arrival at the showroom. I love my new whip!

I was greeted by Natasha, and taken care of very quickly. A loaner car was ready for me and I was in and out very fast. When the service was progressing the tech sent me a video of my undercarriage and pointed out items that my become an issue. It was very impressive and innovative. Paul Miller does an outstanding job with service.

I am usually satisfied with the service except for my visit before this one where my car was damaged and the service tech denied it was damaged there . I am always sure to check every thing before leaving . The service is usually good but your prices are way too high. thank you

A Seamless, Relaxed & Pleasant Experience
Peter and team were great! Even though I was late, they had everything ready to go and managed to squeeze me in between other appointments in order to avoid a long wait. Super relaxed experience - seamless hand off of prior lease, walk through of new car and paperwork finalization. All was super good but was disappointed that my car was not cleaned.... that would have been a super service. !! I loved though the video sent to me to explain the things recommended to fix! It made my decision easy to go for it!
