I saw the Q5 on internet and call the dealer. My phone was answered by Adam internet sales manager. He was very good answering all my questions. Then I drove to dealership and Adam refer me to sales consultant Don Cherry. Don was excellent and made my buying process so easy and smooth. He keeps me informed during the process. My experience was great and will definitely will go back to Paul Miller in future.

My check engine light came on while on vacation. It was not flashing but I did not want to drive 150 miles home. Spencer was very nice and was able to get me an appointment immediately. Good thing because I needed a turbo. Luckily for me it was still under warranty. Got my car back the next day.

I came in to fix a washer fluid leak. The repair was done and the car was washed at the promised time. I always ask for Lou in your service department when I make an appointment. As usual he was great.
