This is the first time I purchase a car from Audi and I am so happy the customer service is as great as the Audi brand and this impression was given and represented by Albert Chua! He was knowledgeable on Audi vehicles and extremely nice to customer. He was patient for answering all the questions I had, he responded the email/text in time, not pushing, but just in time. While to the point of negotiating the price, Albert was willing to discuss it with us. I got my dream car and the excellent customer service as well.
