I could not ask for a better experience with my wife’s Q7 recall, I was promptly helped and given an appointment within two days of my visit. Once I arrived I was explained exactly what procedure was being performed and how long was going to take, I was directed to the cafeteria and waited to be called, I was very pleased that they kept updating me as it took a few more minutes than originally anticipated and once the car was ready they walked me to a completely fixed and wash truck. They ask me to sign the paperwork thank me for my business and send me on my way. Very professional and customer driven dealer.
