the service was excellent, it was quick and efficient. i was given a Q5 as a loaner so that i was able to check out the way that car handled.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of Stuart, Service, and the team, assisting me to identify my car issues and address it. Also going beyond to identify a safety issue - two tires damaged on the interior - I did not realize I had. Stuart, Service Rep, was constantly keeping me up to date and accommodating of my schedule.

We have 2 Audis now (his and hers) and 2 previous, all from Paul Miller from when we lived in New Jersey. We are now in Pennsylvania but the 75 minute drive is worth it to continue to use these guys for their great and professional services. Never ever had a complaint - always great to us!
