Car Buyer

Previously drove a Cadillac XT5 from Open Road Cadillac in Florham Park. Went in on two different occasions to either buy out the lease or lease a new one. Salesmen could not be bothered. Promised to call me back with numbers. No one ever did. Costco had an Audi promotion. Stopped in to check it out. Treated respectfully, no pressure. Got a car!

Terrific experience; excellent sales rep; great car!

I was trading in my prior A4 for a new one and all went extremely smoothly. A very fair deal was struck, consistent follow-up and clear information provided and everything was done in an efficient and timely manner. Terrific experience.

Outstanding Service

Spencer was amazing to fit us in on a busy day when we did not have an appointment, but we were having an emergency situation with our 2011 stalling while we were driving on a highway. John managed to find us a loaner vehicle. The service department diagnosed the problem and had our car repaired by the following day.

First visit for service

Luis was most gracious, especially when I mentioned that this was my first visit for service. I appreciated the loaner car as the wheelhouse was being fixed along with the 10K check-up. Both Christian and Hernando were most helpful as I had left the insurance card in my car and one of them retrieved it. Then when I found out it had expired, they all were very kind to me.while I contacted my insurance company to get the updated one.

recent auto repair

Great effort in always making you feel welcome. Service to the car is a plus, but it's the overall positive treatment you consistently receive that really sells the operation.
