service has always been great top to bottom. this time, there was a $10 charge that I didn't notice until after pickup of my car. I called next day and the reason for the charge couldn't be explained. I waited for the service manager to call back, but someone else called and said the charge would be removed. I never got an explanation of wha the charge was and why it was included. the service advisor I used should have either caught it, or explained what it was.

I have purchased from Paul Miller Audi since 1998. I think the fact that I am still a customer speaks volumes .Peter Wendell has been my salesman for 21 years and he is the consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable about the latest technology and extremely helpful and patient with someone like me who is technologically challenged. I highly recommend Paul Miller as the place to go and my sales man, Peter Wendell.
