This is my 6th car purchased and leased thru Paul Miller and every time it was a great experience. I own a business with multiple locations and I know how hard it is to be consistent, I must say Paul Miller has it nailed! Every person involved in the process was knowledgable, professional and courteous including Pete Wendell the person that handled my transaction and Mike in finance . Even one of the executives from corporate happened to be in the dealership that day and stuck his head in the finance office to introduce himself and check on the process. Again an all around great experience

We were shopping for a CPO Audi and were able to find the car we wanted on the first try! Our salesman, Joe, was very courteous, helpful and interested in understanding what we wanted and quickly finding a match. Fortunately, the car that fit our "specifications" was on the grounds and we were able to complete the entire buying process within two hours of our arrival. There was no pushiness from neither the sales nor finance representatives. Options were presented and our decisions were respected. We picked up the vehicle the next day and it was ready for pickup as promised.
