I am happy that I had purchased a service plan when I purchased the car so it cost me no money. I find Audi Service Department to be helpful and friendly when I bring in my car. They listen to my concerns and questions and resolve any issues I have promptly. Natasha takes the time to explain in detail the work that the car may need and communicates the progress. I also appreciate that the time estimate for completion is accurate so when I arrive my car is ready. Great Job!
