Run Don't Walk!
If I could give this dealership 0 Stars I would! I live on the West Coast and found what appeared to be a solid used car via cars.com at Paul Miller Audi. I went through the application process and scheduled to fly out two weeks later to pick up the car and drive it back to the West Coast. Everything seemed fine and my sales rep Rafael was very helpful and accommodating. Fast forward two weeks: I flew in and took delivery of the car. After a test drive I noticed the front brakes felt a little off and the tires weren't in the greatest condition but loved the car anyway and decided to move forward. I had figured being a used car I would need to put a little money into it especially gearing up for such a long cross country drive. I drove the car down to Southern NJ where I am originally from and took it to my mechanic the next day so he could give it a thorough look over and get it in tip top shape for my drive. This is when I found out that the car had over $3k worth of damage under the hood of the car.... Apparently the cooling system for the power steering/transmission was damaged/compromised and leaking fluid. On top of that the air conditioning condenser looked like it was going to need to be replaced. My mechanic said that there was no way such a big dealership could have missed these major issues during their inspection process. I was at a loss for words! Once I contacted the dealer they tried to pull the "That's not covered under our limited mile warranty" BS. UNACCEPTABLE! They were probably banking on me getting back to CA before I even noticed the issues and was out of there 60 day/1K mile warranty. In the end, after countless calls to the dealership the used car manager offered to just take the car back and reimburse my $3k down payment. THANK GOD! But I was left without a car and had to fork out a boat load of money to fly back to the West Coast. They never even apologized or offered to pay for/split the cost of my travel expenses. If you're in the market for a used car, I would most certainly shop elsewhere! This dealership is very shady!
